Chaitanya Chokkareddy, Chief Technology Officer at OZONETEL Communications Pvt LTD, is an innovator who created India's first cloud telephony platform in 2009, and then a groundbreaking cloud contact centre solution in 2011. He led the way for the cloud to transform the on-premises contact centre models, enhancing customer experience. Chaitanya works with some of the biggest enterprises and startups in India and has a deep understanding of the evolving role of customer experience. He also came up with the idea of Chandamama Kathalu, the first Telugu AI storytelling assistant, and collaborated with Swecha Telangana to make this project a reality.
